General

Due to the nature of our business, which is to sell vintage and antique furniture and lighting, all items will be second hand and therefore may show some signs of age and general wear.  With regard to upholstered items, where no specific mention has been made towards an items fire retardancy, these items may not conform to current fire retardancy standards. In these cases these items are sold as collector’s items and are not intended for domestic use.

Viewing

All items are available for viewing at our warehouse in Southampton, Monday-Saturday. Please contact us to arrange a time.

Prices

All prices are in GBP pounds sterling.

Payment

We accept PayPal, bank transfer or cash on collection.

Delivery

Prices for furniture and lighting items do not include delivery, but we are happy to arrange delivery for you. Please contact us for a quote.

Damages

If an item is damaged upon arrival please photograph all damage immediately, keep any packaging and contact us within 48 hours. A full refund will be given for damaged items.

Refunds

We offer a 14 day goodwill returns policy. Refunds will exclude all shipping and return costs.

Data Protection

All customer information is treated as private and confidential and we do not share email addresses with any third party with the exception of delivery companies. If you wish to unsubscribe to our emails please click the unsubscribe button in the email or send us an email and we will remove you for our lists.
