Modernist oak sideboard by Gordon Russell. Dating from the early 1950s but showing influences of the earlier Cotswold School and Arts and Crafts style it is made of oak which gives it a lovely warm tone and comprises 2 cupboards and 4 central drawers all with carved rosewood handles.

The item has been refinished and is generally in very good condition with the odd sign of wear and tear.
