Ernest Race BA2 Chair

BA2 side chair designed by Ernest Race for Race Furniture in 1945. This is the wooden backed version of the BA3 chair which won the Gold Medal at the Milan Triennale in 1954. It has a plywood back, grey painted cast aluminium frame and pale green leather seat.

The plywood back has been refinished however the rest of the chair has some signs of wear and tear but it is generally in a good vintage condition.
