Danish Teak Sideboard by Kurt Østervig

Beautiful Danish teak high sideboard designed in the 1950s by Kurt Østervig for Brande Mobelindustri. It has 4 sliding doors with carved handles on the central doors and recessed handles on the outer doors. A central double cupboard contains 2 adjustable shelves and the outer cupboards contain 5 adjustable drawers and 3 more adjustable shelves. The legs are carved of solid teak and have a cross stretcher for extra support.

The item has been refinished and is generally in very good condition with the odd sign of wear and tear and a repair to the handles.
