1960s Heals Cherry Chest of Drawers

This striking and unusual chest of drawers and cabinet is attributed to Henry Long, one of Heals in house designers and was purchased by the original owners from the store in the 1960s. The lovely drawer fronts are made of solid cherry wood with a continuous routed pattern that flows across the front. The agbar frame contains 8 drawers and one cabinet with a removable shelf on solid cherry legs, unfortunately it no longer has its badge. Rare and beautiful, we have never seen another one like it.

The item has been refinished and is generally in very good condition with the odd sign of wear and tear and a few minor cosmetic repairs.
