Robin Day Interplan Unit W Ash Bureau by Hille

A rare Interplan unit W bureau designed by iconic British designer Robin Day for Hille in 1952. It has a solid mahogany frame with ash drawers and door all with brass handles on turned beech legs.

The item has been refinished and is generally in very good condition with the odd sign of wear and tear including a small cosmetic repair to the veneer on the door front. The brass stays are not original but are of the period and there are some small filled holes to the inside of the door where the original stays were attached.
