Arne Vodder for Sibast Teak Rocking Chair
Sold
Danish teak rocking chair designed in the 1960s by Arne Vodder for Sibast with a curved spindle back and a drop in seat. Arne Vodder (1926-2009) was a Danish architect and designer who trained under Finn Juhl, a leading exponent of ‘Danish Design’.
There are a few signs of wear and tear that you would expect with a piece of this age, but it is generally in a very good condition. The seat has been reupholstered with new webbing, foam and fabric, with the top cover in a light grey wool fabric.
